What CrossDock does

CrossDock connects supplier and retailer e-commerce stores (Shopify, Square, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix) so retailers can sell a supplier's products and route orders to them for direct fulfillment. To do that, we process a limited set of store and order data on behalf of the merchants who connect their stores.

Data we collect

• Store data: store name, platform, currency, and the API credentials or OAuth tokens you authorize. Credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM).
• Catalog data: product titles, images, prices, SKUs, and inventory levels for products a supplier offers and a retailer imports.
• Order data: for orders containing CrossDock-linked products only — line items, order totals, and the recipient's shipping name, address, phone, and email, used solely to create the corresponding fulfillment order in the supplier's store.
• Merchant account data: your login email and, if you enable automated settlement, Stripe identifiers (we never see or store card numbers — payment details are handled entirely by Stripe).

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
• We do not use customer data for advertising or profiling.
• We do not store payment card details.

Data sharing

Order recipient details are shared only between the two connected stores involved in a given order (the retailer who sold the item and the supplier who ships it). Infrastructure providers: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments). Each processes data under their own security and privacy terms.

Data retention & deletion

Uninstalling the app deactivates the store connection and disables all syncing. We honor platform data-erasure requests (including Shopify's GDPR webhooks): customer redaction requests remove recipient PII from stored orders, and shop-erasure requests deactivate and redact the store's records. You may also email us to request deletion.
