Terms of Service
CrossDock Connector · JWC Apps · Last updated July 8, 2026
The service
CrossDock links independent supplier and retailer stores across e-commerce platforms: catalog sharing with per-retailer price lists and margins, order routing at agreed cost prices, inventory and tracking sync, and optional automated settlement via Stripe.
Your responsibilities
- You may only connect stores you own or are authorized to manage.
- Supplier–retailer terms (margins, price locks, shipping expectations, returns) are agreements between the two businesses; CrossDock enforces the configuration you set but is not a party to those agreements.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of product data and the legality of items sold.
Payments
When automated settlement is enabled, charges and payouts are executed by Stripe under Stripe's terms. Ledger balances shown in CrossDock are bookkeeping records; disputes between suppliers and retailers should be resolved between the businesses.
Availability & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted syncing; platform outages, API limits, and webhook delays can affect timing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JWC Apps' liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the preceding three months.
Termination
You may disconnect stores or uninstall at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate platform policies.
